We currently offer a flat-rate trial shipping fee of $5 on all orders, with free shipping automatically applied to purchases over $35. Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

All items are 3D printed, which means slight variations, surface textures, or minor imperfections may occur. These do not affect functionality but make each piece unique.

2. Safety & Small Parts

Some items may contain small pieces or edges that could pose a choking hazard. Products are not intended for children under 12 unless specifically stated.

3. Heat & Durability

3D printed items are made from PLA plastic and may warp or degrade if exposed to high heat or extreme pressure. Keep products away from direct sunlight, hot vehicles, or dishwashers to maintain quality.

4. Returns & Responsibility

We do not accept returns due to minor imperfections, misuse, or damage caused after delivery. Customers are responsible for proper handling and care once the product is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delays, damages, or lost packages rests with the shipping carrier. Customers should contact the carrier directly for claims. Shipping insurance may be purchased for added protection.

Due to differences in screen displays, lighting, and material batches, colors may vary slightly from listing photos. Such variations are not considered defects.

We do not create or sell items that infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that any submitted designs comply with applicable laws.

Failure to follow recommended care guidelines may result in damage. Such damage is not covered under returns, refunds, or replacements.
